Saint John’s came to Envisian Design to do a wrap on the walls that lead to the Labor & Delivery area on the third floor of the hospital. The signage needed to be contemporary but also provide a sense of calm and comfort to the many woman that come in to have their babies at Saint John’s.
The design spanned over 1200 sqft and two floors.
Envisian Design developed several different concepts but landed on a visual that is a part of the LA landscape, the ocean. The imagery has an abstract sand and surf feel with beautiful colors, that capture the feeling of both a sunrise and sunset. We wanted to make sure the visuals would provide a sense of calm as these expecting mothers move their way through to the Labor & Delivery area.
